Clean & check boiler flues
Check combustion chamber
Check chimney base
Clean & check smoke-pipe
Replace nozzle
Replace oil filter and gasket

Clean cad-cell eye transformer block
Check igniter porcelains & high tension leads

Check burner end cone
Clean burner fan & air shutter
Check burner pump coupling
Check oil discharge pressure
Check for flame safety lockout
Check for high limit safety
Check for L.W.C.O. operation
Drain expansion tank, if necessary
Check for service switch operation
Lubricate burner motor

Lubricate circulator motor & bracket
Lubricate blower motor & bearings
Check gauge glass & washers
Check blower belt
Check dust stops & air filters
Check piping conditions
Check for oil leaks at tank
Check for oil leaks at oil burner
Clean exterior of appliance & immediate area
Perform efficiency test
