Management Team
Jeffrey Mushnick, President & Owner - 
Jeffrey S. Mushnick purchased the company from his father and uncle in 1986, (Michael and Samuel Mushnick), and became the third-generation owner and president of Medway Oil Co., Inc. Jeffrey's hands on approach to running the Company allows him to have constant interaction with the customers. He tries to personally meet every new customer of Medway Oil Company and spends many evenings visiting customers after a long day of running the Company. He can also very often be seen delivering product in one of the many Medway Oil trucks or assisting a service technician at a customer's home. Jeff is also a 32nd degree Mason and a Shriner. He is also very active within the community and volunteers his time for many charitable causes. Jeff and his wife Carol have three sons, Eric, Jay and Adam.
Wanda Niedbala, Office Manager -
Wanda is the longest standing employee of Medway Oil. She joined the Company in 1987 when there were only 3 trucks, 2 service vans, and 5 employees. In Wanda's role as Office Manager she is responsible for supervising the customer service team, maintaining customer relationships, scheduling out the daily deliveries, billing and collections. She has been a trusted advisor to Jeffrey through the many years of expansion and growth of the Company. Wanda and her husband Ray have two children, Andrea and Mark.
Michael Watson, Service Manager -
Michael is another key and trusted member of the management team. Mike joined Medway Oil Company in January of 1988 as a service technician. He quickly worked his way up through the ranks and as the Service Manager is now responsible for our 10 employee service department. As well as being a licensed oil burner technician, he is also licensed in Air Conditioning and Propane Gas. Mike is very proactive in staying up to date with the constant changes in the industry. He and his wife Donna have three children, Amanda, Meghan and Mike Jr. and also have four wonderful grandchildren. Tyler, Caiden, Jordan Marie and Emily. Outside of work Mike enjoys spending time with his family, boating, camping and working around the house.
Joseph Sheehan, Chief Financial Officer -
Joe is the fourth key member to complete the MOC management team. Joe has been managing the finance and administration of Medway Oil Company since 1999. After obtaining a bachelor's degree in accounting from Boston College in 1994, Joe worked in the public accounting sector for several years before joining Medway Oil Company. He became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 1997 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Joe and his wife Shannon reside in Foxborough with their twin sons Colby and Dillon.
Medway Oil service technicians are NORA certified.
